Find your
way in.

There are three ways to engage with Kabeela — a short visit, living here long-term, or co-creating the project itself. Each one is different in depth and commitment. All of them start with a real conversation.

How to Engage

Three ways in.

Each entry point is based on resonance and readiness — not transaction.

  • Daily rhythm: land work, meals, and open time
  • Eat from the garden. Sleep in the mountains.
  • Meet the founding team & current residents
  • No long-term commitment required

Long-Term

Member

Who It’s For

You’re ready to root. Not as a tenant or a guest — as someone who shows up, contributes, and helps shape what this community becomes. You bring a skill, a practice, or a way of seeing that adds to the whole.

This is not passive living. Members contribute time and presence to shared projects: food systems, construction, facilitation, creative work, or land stewardship.

What It Involves

  • Live on the land — accommodation on-site
  • ~20 hrs/week contribution to shared projects
  • Participate in community governance & culture
  • Access to land, tools, harvests & communal spaces
  • Contribution model discussed individually — no fixed fee

Who It’s For

Builders, investors, and aligned partners who want to step into the project — not just support it from outside. You might bring capital, a specific skill, a network, or all three. What matters is that you’re in it for the long arc.

What It Involves

  • Equity or partnership stake — structure discussed personally
  • Involvement in vision, strategy & key decisions
  • Access to land, systems & co-creation from day one
  • Builders, educators, entrepreneurs & aligned investors
  • Starts with a conversation, not a contract
